Restriction of goods
Pinnacle Collectibles reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same PayPal account / debit / credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied to an existing order. Pinnacle Collectibles reserves the right to cancel any order without warning or notification for any reason.
Declining to Trade
The goods advertised under the Pinnacle Collectibles name are only available for sale under the discretion of Pinnacle Collectibles. When you, the customer commit to purchasing items from us you are making an offer to purchase the goods, it is then up to us to decide whether we accept the offer. If we do not wish to accept your offer to purchase the goods, we will write to you as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after the offer is placed to inform you of our decision.
Order lost in transit
All our packages have return address labels on them, so it is not possible for them to be completely lost without trace. All of our items are despatched via Royal Mail. In the unlikely event that Royal Mail cannot deliver the items, they will re-attempt to deliver for 18 days thereafter.
Upon purchasing from Pinnacle Collectibles you are agreeing to a potential delivery time of 21 days, if your item has not been delivered within 21 days we reserve the right to resend the order rather than issue a refund. In the case that you are offered a resend, but refuse it, we reserve the right to deduct 50% from the refund value. This is purely to cover our losses in these unusual circumstances.
Orders cancelled
You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 7 days after you have received the goods. If you choose to cancel after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.
If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.
Orders returned due to incomplete address
It is the customers' responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customer’s part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by Royal Mail. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the ‘orders cancelled’ policy above.
Errors on Orders / Shortages
We do our utmost to ensure accuracy on the shipments we send to you. However, on occasion something may go wrong with the packing. In the event that there is an error on your shipment you are required to notify us within 5 working days of such an error, we will then put any problem right. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel, you are deemed to have accepted that the goods received are correct.
Accuracy
While Pinnacle Collectibles prides itself in providing accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Pinnacle Collectibles cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Pinnacle Collectibles shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Pinnacle Collectibles may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Quality Guarantee
Pinnacle Collectibles provides quality products. All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. All products will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated. With regards to boxed products, in some cases the original packaging may be crumpled or have suffered minor damage in some way, the product inside and cards (if applicable) will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated.
Pinnacle Collectibles reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without any prior notice given.
