Shipping and Returns Policy

Order lost in transit

All our packages have return address labels on them, so it is not possible for them to be completely lost without trace. All of our items are despatched via Royal Mail. In the unlikely event that Royal Mail cannot deliver our your items, they will re-attempt to deliver for 18 days thereafter.

Upon purchasing from Pinnacle Collectibles you are agreeing to a potential delivery time of 21 days , if your item has not been delivered within 21 days we reserve the right to resend the order rather than issue a refund. In the case that you are offered a resend, but refuse it, we reserve the right to deduct 50% from the refund value. This is purely to cover our losses in these unusual circumstances.

Orders cancelled

You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 7 days after you have received the goods. If you choose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.

If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.

Orders returned due to incomplete address

It is the customers' responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customer’s part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by Royal Mail. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the ‘orders cancelled’ policy above.

Errors on Orders / Shortages

We do our utmost to ensure accuracy on the shipments we send to you. However, on occasion something may go wrong with the packing. In the event that there is an error on your shipment you are required to notify us within 5 working days of such error, we will then put any problem right. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel, you are deemed to have accepted the goods received are correct.
